Blake Lively appeared in great spirits on Tuesday while attending a Fendi event in New York, weeks after settling her bitter legal war with Justin Baldoni.

The Gossip Girl star, 38, looked effortlessly chic as she flashed a bright smile while posing at the soiree.

The actress paired a black tank top with high-waisted jeans, a beige trench coat and pointed-toe heels for the occasion.

She completed the stylish ensemble with a diamond necklace and a Fendi baguette bag. 

Her long blonde tresses were swept back on one side, allowing the rest of her locks to cascade down her right shoulder. 

Despite her shock settlement, last week Lively was dealt a fresh legal blow amid her ongoing battle to have Baldoni cover her legal fees. 

A judge rejected the star's request to file more briefs and offer additional information before making a final decision on any fees or damages she may be entitled to, as per TMZ.

Just days after the feuding parties reached a settlement in Lively's nearly two-year long battle against her It Ends With Us co-star, 42, it was revealed that the actress was still pursuing him for legal fees and damages tied to his failed $400 million defamation case against her.

Lively claimed she is entitled to the payout as the winning party in Baldoni's defamation suit, which she alleged was filed in retaliation to her own sexual harassment lawsuit.

She also demanded 'compensatory damages tripled, and punitive damages,' according to a court filing.

Lively's legal team had already submitted motions on the matter earlier in the case, but were hoping to present further arguments and evidence, before the judge shut down the request.

The document was filed at a New York court three days after Lively settled her own case against Baldoni, just two weeks before it was meant to go to trial.

Baldoni had countersued Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, 49, and the New York Times in early 2025, but a judge dismissed the lawsuit last year.

Lively's settlement with Baldoni came after a judge 'gutted' her 2024 sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit by tossing out her key allegations last month.

The It Ends With Us co-stars reportedly spent $60 million combined to sue and countersue one another, according to Page Six.

In a joint statement announcing the settlement, neither side apologized but they acknowledged Lively's claims 'deserved to be heard.' 

The Daily Mail revealed Lively did not get a single dollar from the surprise settlement.

Despite claiming she lost nearly $300 million in earnings and income after being the victim of an alleged 'smear campaign,' no money changed hands in the final agreement.

Sources in Baldoni's camp said they were 'ecstatic' with how the case was resolved.

Meanwhile, elsewhere at Tuesday's Fendi event, actress Olivia Wilde, 42, turned heads in a bridal white look.

The House star - whose changing appearance recently drew cruel comparisons to Gollum - wowed in a plunging gown.

Lisa Rinna's model daughter Delilah Belle Hamlin, 27, showed off her sculpted arms in a black silk top and a pair of black slacks.

She accessorized with a zebra print Fendi bag and large hoop earrings.

Nepo baby Deacon Reese Phillippe - the 22-year-old son of actors Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe - also made the event, following his recent college graduation from New York University.

Looking like the spitting image of his famous father, Deacon opted for '90s cool in a v-neck black sweater, blue jeans, and black dress shoes.

Heiress and model Ivy Getty, 31, made an appearance as well, rocking a black dress, pointed-toe boots and a gold Fendi baguette. 

She is the daughter of the late John Gilbert Getty - the grandson of oil tycoon J. Paul Getty - and jewelry designer Alyssa Boothby.
