Musician 1st Class Rachael Colman, from Friendswood, Texas, sings Gustav Mahler’s “Um Mitternacht” with the United States Navy Band during a community concert at Kenmore Middle School October 24, 2026, in Arlington, Virginia. The Navy Band performs across the National Capital Region modeling the professionalism of today’s warfighter directly to the community with their world-class musicianship. Colman joined the Navy Band Sea Chanters chorus in 2026 after serving with the Air Force Heritage Band of America for six years.
