Love Island fans were in dreamland on Monday evening after show veteran Maura Higgins made a surprise appearance at singer Alex Warren's London show. 

The TV personality was the latest celebrity to press Warren's Fever Dream confetti button while attending his sold-out show at O2 Arena with a group of friends. 

Taking to Instagram, Higgins, 35, shared video footage of the moment she was tasked with hitting the red button, a regular fixture on Warren's Little Orphan Alex world tour and a prompt for confetti to rain down on the audience. 

Wearing a cropped white top and jeans, the reality TV regular was introduced by the American singer before blowing a theatrical kiss and hitting the button with both hands. 

Much like Warren, the Irish TV personality, who rose to fame on Love Island in 2019, has made quite a name for herself in the United States, with an assortment of American shows and brands keen to work with her following her appearance on the US version of The Traitors. 

A source told The Sun: 'Maura may have missed out on the cash prize on The Traitors but that’s small change compared to what’s coming her way.

'Shows and brands in the US are lining up for a piece of Maura and she’s got more opportunities than time right now. It’s an exciting place to be.'

Meanwhile, beauty brands are also said to be keen to snap up the star, thanks to her stunning looks and huge fan base.

Another source said: 'She’s in talks to become the face of one of the biggest cosmetic brands in the US in a deal that will be at least seven-figures.'

Elsewhere, insiders claim a fly-on-the-wall series documenting Higgins' rise in America could be the obvious next step, with the star reportedly already in talks with TV bosses.

However, it's not just reality TV and beauty brands on her radar. The star is also said to be in talks with Disney after making her acting debut in the film The Spin.

Elsewhere, Higgins is reportedly being lined up for the next season of The Bachelorette after the show was axed in the wake of Taylor Frankie Paul’s domestic violence arrest.

The former Love Island star is said to be among the names being considered following the sudden cancellation of the upcoming season.

Season 22 of The Bachelorette had been due to premiere on March 22, with Mormon Wives star Taylor, 31, set to lead the series.

However, the network pulled the show just days before launch after a shocking 2023 video surfaced of Paul attacking her ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, 33, with her minor daughter present.

Now, according to gossip site Deux Moi, an anonymous tip has suggested that Higgins could step in as a replacement, following her growing popularity in the US.

'ABC exec friend said that they are looking into getting Maura Higgins to be the new Bachelorette and do a live shooting of it,' a source claimed. 

'They shut down Layla and Miranda as a dual season and are trying to steer away from the SLOMW girlies.'
