We do have this issue in our project as weell. As a work around we have created a custom field in our review issues called review ID that consists of a drop-down list of all our reviews that we manually have to update for the users to be able to choose the correct review. We have a whole workflow for the so the contractor alerts the administration before they create a review so we can update the field.All this could be avoided is all issues created on the included files in the review would automatically show up as references or if they had a separate list that could we exported. Mabye the reviewID field could become a system-field for issues that automatically updated when creating new reviews. Right now you can only get an overview on how many unresolved issues there are per file but not exactly what issues in a combined list without having to open up every file and check.
