With the Comic Relief bi-annual event just around the corner, a host of famous faces are set to team up in a bid to raise money for those struggling in Britain and beyond.

But who will be presenting one of the biggest fundraising days of the year? Read on to find out more.

Sir Lenny Henry will host the fundraising show for the last time this year, after 39 years of presenting the comedy telethon.

A star-studded cast will be co-presenting the charity night, including Joel Dommett, Davina McCall and Paddy McGuiness.

Romesh Ranganathan, David Tennant, Maya Jama and Rosie Ramsey will also be taking to the stage to be a helping hand.

However the night is also set to be packed full of fun with hysterical sketches from Lenny himself and an all-star cast bringing to life The Traitors: The Movie.

Some of the nations top comics will be coming together on the fundraising night to bring unique and funny sketches.

Radio host Alan Partridge will be making a comeback as a 'very special guest', putting his hat in the ring to take over Lenny's presenting gig.

Comedic juggernauts Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders will also be launching their own hilarious Red Nose Day message.

An exciting series of medleys will be performed by the cast of Live Aid musical and Just For One Day.

Viewers will also have the opportunity to get their hands on an Aston Martin as Chris Evans and CarFest are donating the vehicle.

Explaining why Red Nose day is worth a watch, Lenny told the BBC: 'Because it's going to be chock-a-block full of content, all of your favourite presenters and loads of special surprises.

'It will probably be the best night of my life because it's my last year hosting and I know there's going to be loads of surprises.

'So, you have to tune in for that. Plus, all the incredible films that the brilliant team create and put so much hard work into. It's going to be a lot of fun.'

If you are keen to get your hand on a fabulous and grandiose Red Nose, then do not fret - there are plenty of places you can purchase them from.

Red Noses alongside Red Nose Day T-shirts and other accessories and homeware can be bought from the charity's website or various TK Maxx stores.
