MOSCOW, October 21. /TASS/. The liberation of Yulyevka in the Zaporozhye Region continues Russian paratroopers’ glorious traditions, Defense Minister Andrey Belousov said in his congratulatory message.

"In intense battles with the enemy in the Orekhov tactical direction, the combatants - paratroopers continue to build upon the glorious traditions of heroes and fighters of the past years, demonstrating bravery and courage," Belousov said.

The Russian defense minister thanked the paratroopers’ Guards formations for the successful fulfilment of combat missions and their devotion to military duty and said he was confident that the personnel would continue serving Russia with honor and reliably ensuring its security.

The Russian Defense Ministry reported earlier on Wednesday that its Battlegroup Dnepr had liberated Yulyevka in the Zaporozhye Region over the past 24 hours "through decisive operations."
