@chugarchugarr an EIPs reviewer (abcoathup) says this is an application-layer standard and belongs in the ERCs repo: Add EIP: Non-Self-Authorizing State Transitions by babyblueviper1 · Pull Request #12529 · ethereum/EIPs · GitHub
The ERCs repo only takes Standards Track drafts (category ERC), so the move would change the type line from Informational to Standards Track / ERC. The text would stay the same. Are you OK with that? If yes I’ll open it in ethereum/ERCs and close the EIPs PR. If you’d rather keep it Informational, I’ll answer the reviewer that way.
