First Things First is entering a new chapter with a refreshed brand identity and a renovated office in Chattanooga.
Still, its purpose remains the same: helping families build strong, healthy relationships. The updates reflect the organization's ongoing commitment to creating a welcoming place where individuals and families can find encouragement, practical support, and meaningful connections.
The renovated office at 1427 Williams Street reflects First Things First's desire to be more than a place where people receive services.
From the refreshed exterior and new brick wrap to the welcoming space inside, the updates reflect the organization's belief that every family deserves a place where they feel seen, supported, and encouraged.
“Family life is beautiful and messy, sometimes all before breakfast,” said Lauren Hall, president and CEO of First Things First. “We want every person who walks through our doors to know they belong here. You don’t have to have it all figured out to take a step toward healthier relationships, and you don’t have to take that step alone.”
The new brand identity carries that same message. The updated logo features a series of steps, representing the small, meaningful actions that help build stronger relationships. Whether it's one
conversation, one choice, or one next step, First Things First believes that lasting change happens over time, and families don't have to navigate that journey alone.
While the organization's look has changed, its commitment to Chattanooga families remains the same. Through relationship education, coaching, case management, and access to therapy, First Things First works alongside individuals and families to help them build healthier relationships and create positive change that can last for generations.
