AGI bucket elevator (1).jpegAGI Bucket Elevator

Ag Growth International (AGI) launched its new AGI Bucket Elevator, a system engineered to streamline routine and unplanned maintenance while improving safety.

It is available in capacities ranging from 10,000 to 120,000 bph with discharge heights exceeding 250 feet.

The bucket elevator allows for faster access to high wear components, reducing time spent on maintenance and minimizing downtime.

AIRMATIC AIRGUARD Air Prep Cart.jpegAIRMATIC AIRGUARD Air Prep Cart

AIRMATIC released its AIRGUARD Air Prep Cart, a mobile compressed air treatment system by Workmaster that delivers clean, dry and lubricated air to pneumatic equipment.

It integrates an air dryer with a heavy-duty filter, regulator, and lubricator (FRL) assembly mounted on a rugged, maneuverable cart.

Available in 3/4-inch and 1-inch NPT Port configurations, the system supports pneumatic equipment using up to 150 SCFM — suitable for railcar gate openers and railcar vibrators at unloading sites, and portable tools used in road and bridge construction.

BinMaster compact non-contact radar level sensors.jpegBinMaster Compact Non-contact Radar Level Sensors

BinMaster’s newest compact non-contact radar level sensors provide smart inventory control in a small stainless-steel housing, designed for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

At just 6” in length and 1.5” diameter, CNCR-400 sensors are ideal for small processing vessels, including bins, tanks, hoppers, and mixers with agitators.

Using 80 GHz radar technology, the sensors provide accuracy within 5 mm — even in turbulence, condensation and buildup — ensuring precision and performance throughout sanitary processes.

Chief Agri Red Connect (1).jpegChief Agri Red Connect

Chief Agri, a division of Chief Industries, Inc., announced a collaboration with Nebraska-based RealmFive to deliver a new generation of smart bin technology called Red Connect.

This approach to bin management is integrated at the factory rather than bolted on after the fact. The system detects grain quality issues and spoilage through CO₂ monitoring, odor sensing, and inventory visibility.

It monitors both bin headspace and the area beneath the grain mass, delivering a more complete and accurate view of storage conditions than temperature-only systems.

Satake Spiral Whitener.jpegSatake Spiral Whitener

Satake added the Satake Spiral Whitener (SSW80A) to its SSW series of rice milling machines.

The new model is designed to mill rice more gently and efficiently through Satake's uniform internal pressure milling technology.

The SSW series was launched in 2024 for long-grain rice processing.

Following the launch of the SSW60 (6 tph) and SSW100 (10 tph), the new SSW80 (8 tph) has been introduced in response to customer demand for a mid-capacity model.

Buhler brushless sieve cleaners.jpegBühler Brushless Sieve Cleaners

Bühler has expanded its portfolio of brushless sieve cleaners with NovaBlue II and NovaWhite that may be used in plansifters for different requirements in flour processing.

The new cleaners are compatible with all Bühler sieve stack versions, including Nova, NovaTec and NovaPur. With NovaBlue II, the focus is on magnetic detectability.

Ferrite additives enable detection via magnetic systems, while the blue material facilitates visual identification.

NovaWhite does not offer this magnetic and visual detectability and is positioned as an alternative version for comparable applications.

4B Universal Speed Relay.jpeg4B Universal Speed Relay

4B Components has introduced a Universal Speed Relay, a digital speed monitor that makes it easy to order the right technology for any operation.

Compatible with 2-, 3-, or 4-wire NPN/PNP sensors including 4B Components proximity, WDA, Encoder-Flex 1024 and extra heavy-duty Rotech sensors, it features dual user-programmable outputs with independent setpoints, a bright color LCD display and an intuitive three-button interface.

Imas Multimilla + roller mill.jpegImas Multimilla + Roller Mill

Imas introduced the Multimilla + roller mill, which it said is equipped with the latest technology from the feeding to the grinding system.

The roller mill has stainless steel contact surfaces, rounded internal corners and minimized dead areas.

The mineral casting carrier chassis is a special chassis design developed by Imas’ R&D team, which offers 20 times better vibration damping ability than the welded steel, and provides higher operational reliability and extended long term durability.

In the feeding system, the level control in the inlet bunker is carried out via infrared sensors, which provide precise measurement and feeding management. The system is equipped with feed roll rotation sensor for any unexpected situation.

Anton Paar Brabender TwinLab.jpegAnton Paar Brabender TwinLab

Anton Paar expanded its extrusion portfolio beyond the laboratory scale with the launch of the Brabender TwinLab B-TSE-S 30/40 for pilot-scale extrusion.

With throughput up to 100 kg per hour, the new twin-screw extruder brings lab-grade process understanding into pilot-scale production, enabling users to validate process parameters and produce relevant quantities under realistic conditions.

Buhler plansifter platform.jpegBühler Plansifter Platform

Bühler introduced a maintenance platform for plansifters that it said provides greater safety, improved ergonomics and less flour dust during sieve stack maintenance.

The platform provides an ergonomic working height for maintaining sieve stacks, may be used flexibly thanks to its castors, and features stairs with a platform as a safe and comfortable alternative to a ladder.

In addition, collection containers, inclined catchment surfaces, and a dust curtain help ensure a cleaner working area around the plansifter.
