I use "OPtimal Cooling" and "Virtualization - Power Efficient" Workload Profile.>>> your profile should be static high performance compute & not power efiicient for Virtualization hosts and FAN speed depends upon System Inlet temperatures. So better check it.It's fine. This issue is basically I saw when SNMP monitoring is enabled & CCB times out & run into error needing iLO reboot/reset via hponcfg command or SSH CLI commands.
