Re: Failed Z flip 7 inner screen warranty

There has been a development. Talked to a supervisor and they admitted that there was a manufacturing defect and that small scratches did not contribute to the failing screen but due to policy since there is damage of any kind even if not related that the warranty is voided. I made sure he clearly said that there was a manufacturing defect. Then said OK I understand what you're claiming and said I've recorded this call and then he started yelling at me saying I can't do that we'll sue you and I said no it's legal in my state and then he hung up on me... well I guess time to file.
