Worst Update Ever. And I do not want to go back to IPhone but what is this?

Is this going to be fixed???? Ive been android user for 4 years and never had any problems with any updates. Now all seems to be off. Apps I didnt have supposedly deleted. Changes in my phone I cannot undo. And now galaxy themes not having google pay but I have to be forced to use Samsung pay? And add all my cards again? Why would I trust that. It all looks so weird. Anyone agree or can help me on this?
