Tyson Fury's US promoter Bob Arum has revealed a five-man shortlist for his homecoming fight in London in December.

The WBC champion was set to face Deontay Wilder in a trilogy fight just before Christmas in Las Vegas.

But the 'Gypsy King' walked away from the showdown after the American's rematch clause expired.

Now Arum, who represents the 32-year-old with Top Rank in the US, has named Agit Kabayel, Michael Hunter and Efe Ajagba as potential opponents.

He added that Oscar Rivas and Charles Martin are also in the running.

Arum told iFL TV: 'Five guys who are possible. There's Efe, the African is there.

'There's Agit, Rivas is there and there are two others that are there.

'We'll have to pick out, see who's available and pick it out.

Fury's co-promoter Frank Warren had earlier confirmed Fury will return to action in December with a London-based fight.

Fury confirmed Sportsmail 's initial report that the proposed December fight had been scrapped, stating that 'enough was enough' and that he was unwilling to be messed around in making it happen.

Fury's announcement has cleared the way for a blockbuster heavyweight unification with Anthony Joshua in 2021, but Warren has confirmed he will come back to the UK for a warm-up bout against an unconfirmed opponent following four successive fights in America.

Joshua will have to defend his WBA, IBF and WBO titles against mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev on December 12 before he can fight Fury.

The all-British fight is understood to be earmarked for the spring at Wembley Stadium, if the government lifts fan restrictions by then, or in either the Middle East or China.
