WASHINGTON, October 10. /TASS/. Washington has repeatedly urged Vladimir Zelensky to halt strikes on Russian oil refineries, but he has failed to heed the calls, US President Donald Trump said.
"We told him, <...> don't hit the diesel fuel because there's a big problem, a big shortage. And what does he do? He goes and hits the diesel fuel. <...> He can't do that because we have a world problem, and the problem is caused by the lack of refineries for diesel fuel," he told reporters.
