Ireland, Holland and Spain vow to boycott Eurovision after contest refuses to ban Israel

Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands and Slovenia will boycott next year's competiton after European Broadcasting Union (EBU) members decided on Thursday not to call a vote on Israel's participation.
