СпутникиРНSpaceXРоскосмосNASASince I use the app to find and view filenames, I would really appreciate it if you could make that easier for me.For one thing, the width of the output window seems to be fixed, and it is very narrow relative to my screen resolution. I’m not using some crazy jumbotron. I’m either on a 13-inch MacBook Pro, where the window takes up less than half the screen width, or on a 27-inch Apple Studio Display, where it takes up only about 20% of the screen width.Why can’t the window at least optionally be programmed to take up most or all of the screen? That would be very helpful for seeing full filenames.In addition, why can’t the full filename be displayed even if it doesn’t fit on one line? Right now, long filenames are truncated to fit into a small space. Since long filenames are fully supported by macOS, this often means you cannot tell what file you are looking at.There is a very simple solution that has been around since the beginning of time: multiple lines of text. Just wrap the filename onto the next line. Yes, this might mean fewer files are visible on the screen at once, but you can always scroll, which you may have to do anyway even with truncated single-line filenames.By the way, the height of the output window should also be made taller on larger screens. The same argument applies.Thank you for helping make this tool easier to use for finding files by name.The attached images show (1) the current display, with most of the file name truncated to make it fit on one line and (2) the Alfred output window on my 27-inch Apple Studio Display, showing that it occupies a tiny fraction of the total available screen area.
