New Group Joins Ballot Campaign Against Trans Athletes

In the run-up to the November election, newly formed activist group Athletes for Action has joined Protect Kids Colorado to promote Proposition 134, the effort to ban transgender athletes from participating in sports. This week, Athletes for Action has launched a statewide video ad urging Colorado voters to vote for Proposition 134 in the November 3 election. The ad lists Jennifer Sey, the Colorado-based founder of XX-XY athletics, as the group’s registered agent, although, as of publication, Colorado’s campaign finance disclosure website, TRACER, shows no record of the group.
