If you’re heading to New York Comic Con 2026 next week, October 8th to 11th, and collecting trading cards is your thing, Cardsmiths has a few releases you might want to check out. The company is bringing its Fall Convention Exclusives to the show, with cards based on Street Fighter, Betty Boop, and its own Currency collection. You’ll find the lineup at Booth #3462 during NYCC, which runs October 8–11 at the Javits Center.
This year also marks New York Comic Con’s 20th anniversary, and Cardsmiths is giving some of its exclusive designs a New York connection to celebrate. According to co-founder and CEO Steve Loney, the company wanted to pay tribute to the city while giving collectors something that felt distinctly Cardsmiths. Of course, there are also several rare variations to hunt down, because what’s a trading card release without something to chase?
Street Fighter Brings 50 Designs and Some Rare FindsThe officially licensed Street Fighter Fall 2026 Convention Exclusive features 50 designs based on Street Fighter V. Alongside those designs, collectors can look for Cherry Blossom and Yoshino Blossom variations, each serial-numbered to just 25 copies. Then there’s the White Lotus variation, which is limited to a single copy of each card design.
That last one is certainly going to get collectors’ attention. If Street Fighter is your main reason for checking out the booth, those limited variations give you a few more things to keep an eye out for.
Betty Boop Gets a New York MakeoverRounding out the lineup is the Betty Boop Fall 2026 Convention Exclusive, featuring five unique designs with a New York theme. Collectors can also find Gemstone Parallels and Gold-Foil Signature Cards among the special hits.
It’s a pretty varied selection, going from Street Fighter to Betty Boop to cryptocurrency-inspired cards. If any of those catches your interest, Cardsmiths says these Fall Convention Exclusives will be available only during the event, so keep Booth #3462 on your list while walking the show floor. You can also visit Cardsmiths’ website for more information about its releases.
