Credo Technology has already handed investors gains that most stocks never deliver in a lifetime, and Wall Street thinks there is still room to run. A specific combination of product launches, rising estimates, and hyperscaler spending could push shares far beyond any current analyst target.

Credo Technology (NASDAQ:CRDO | CRDO Price Prediction) sells the wiring that keeps AI clusters talking. Its Active Electrical Cables (AECs) connect GPUs to switches across one to seven meters.

The lineup now also covers optical DSPs, silicon photonics chips, and ZeroFlap optics, which pair hardware with Pilot telemetry software to flag a weak link before it fails. Chief executive Bill Brennan says the portfolio “now spans connectivity from millimeters to kilometers.”

Shares are up 51.95% year-to-date through October 2 and trade at $209.86 this morning. Credo has posted seven consecutive quarters of triple-digit revenue growth. Several things would need to go right for Credo to reach $650 per share in 2027, a gain of about 210%.

Wall Street Already Sees 34% Upside, and Estimates Keep Rising

The average analyst target is $281.09, which means about 34% upside. Analysts count 5 Strong Buy and 14 Buy ratings against one Hold. For fiscal 2027 (ending April), they expect EPS of $6.3063 on revenue of about $2.5 billion. In fiscal 2028, those forecasts rise to $9.6906 in EPS and $3.87 billion in revenue.

Recent results support those forecasts: first-quarter revenue reached $479 million, up 114.7%, and EPS of $1.20 exceeded the $1.17 consensus. That makes eight consecutive quarterly beats, which suggests Credo’s actual results could keep coming in above forecasts.

Here’s the Math Behind $650 per Share

Credo currently trades at 33x fiscal 2027 estimates and 22x fiscal 2028 estimates. A move to $650 would put the stock at 67x fiscal 2028 earnings. Forecasts call for EPS to grow 54% in fiscal 2028, with management expecting revenue to rise more than 85% this fiscal year and a net margin in the vicinity of 50%.

What Could Push Credo to $650?
  • Rising estimates: 90 days ago, analysts expected $8.9125 in fiscal 2028 EPS. Today the figure is $9.6906, with 14 upward revisions in 30 days against one cut.
  • Optical ramp: Credo targets more than $600 million in optical revenue this year. ZeroFlap optics, silicon photonics chips, and optical DSPs should each contribute more than $100 million. Brennan called fiscal 2027 “just a stepping stone for where we’re going with our optical business.”
  • Fiscal 2028 launches: Active LED Cables reach up to 30 meters, and OmniConnect could mean “thousands of dollars of Credo content per GPU.” Revenue from both is expected to start in fiscal 2028, along with a bigger push from 1.6T AECs.
  • Near-term guidance: Second-quarter revenue guidance of $525 million to $535 million points to more sequential growth.

Customer concentration remains a risk: the two largest customers made up 33% and 28% of revenue. A beta of 3.228 means any slowdown in AI spending would hit the stock hard.

Credo Nearly Tripled in Three Months This Year

Credo’s history makes a 210% gain look less extreme. The stock rose 245% in 2024 and 114% in 2025. From the March 2026 close of $93.87 to the June close of $271.95, shares gained 190%.

Even the move from the 52-week low to the 52-week high was 257%. At a market value near $39.21 billion, repeating gains like that is harder, but it can still happen.

Is $650 Realistic? Here’s My Take

Reaching $650 would take a gain of about 210%. Analysts see solid upside, estimates are rising, and Credo keeps beating them.

If optical sales grow as planned, the new products launch on schedule, and hyperscalers keep spending, $650 is within reach. Returns at this level are rare, but we’ve outlined the blueprint for how Credo could deliver exceptional gains by 2027.
