YOKOSUKA, Japan — About 40 volunteer civilian and military personnel from multiple departments at U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) gathered on July 11 to begin a weeks-long effort to build force-protection barrier flower boxes outside the command’s headquarters building.
