Watch7 repeatedly loses ability to call

OK I have a Watch7, and this phone is a two month old Galaxy A37 with T-Mobile. This is the second time that my watch stopped being able to make calls. Between yesterday and today, I didn't make any changes to watch or phone settings!Watch error message when I try to make a call says "To make calls, turn on Calls in Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Paired device settings on your phone" That is exactly what I do, but the slider switch on the Calls option will not stay on for more than a second 😡The first time it happened, I took both to T-Mobile and the sales clerk reset the watch and we determined the wifi setting had to be on. I'm stuck and don't want to reset my watch again. What do I need to do??
