Hubba hubba.

Ryan Seacrest, 51, posted what can only be called a thirst trap to Instagram Saturday.

The snap revealed the “Wheel of Fortune” host’s impressively chiseled torso, as he gazed up at the sun during a break from a trail workout on his Elliptigo stand-up bike.

Seacrest also included a short clip of him from behind, gazing at the moon, as the camera zoomed in on a muscle flexing.

“This is what a day off looks like from start to finish. Go dawgs @georgiafootball,” he captioned it.

Fans were quick to comment, with many taking note of his defined pecs.

One person questioned why they were “so pointy” while another claimed they looked like “diamond cutters.”

Another cheeky netizen even joked that they could “double as a sun dial.”

Earlier this year, Seacrest’s appearance sparked concern among his followers, with many worried about his weight.

A source close to Seacrest told Page Six that he was “doing and looking fantastic” and that “any stories saying otherwise are false.”

We presume that Seacrest’s girlfriend is enjoying her boyfriend’s sculptured physique.

In August, Page Six exclusively reported that the “American Idol” host and forever bachelor is getting serious with Dutch model Maxime Nova, with multiple insiders revealing that their whirlwind romance has quickly heated up.

“He is completely besotted with her. And she feels the same about him as well,” a source told us. “They are head over heels.”

According to insiders, the duo has been spending as much time together as their busy schedules allow, and those close to Seacrest say the relationship has progressed rapidly in recent months.

The TV personality recently treated the 34-year-old model to an extravagant vacation, flying her by private jet to meet him on a luxury yacht in the Ionian Sea.

“He just spent an absolute fortune taking her on a romantic holiday for the summer,” our insider said. “They make such a gorgeous-looking couple, and it’s become very serious in a short space of time.”

Seacrest didn’t neglect his workout regimen while away, posting videos of himself exercising on a pristine beach.
