Myleene Klass's wealthy fiancé has been fined by magistrates after he was spotted littering in a London street.
Public relations executive Simon Motson was caught red-handed dropping a cigarette outside a Five Guys restaurant in Islington.
The 53-year-old was confronted by council enforcement officers on Pentonville Road in March.
Motson was charged with littering under the Environmental Protection Act.
He indicated a guilty plea to the offence when the case was heard at Highbury Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
Motson, who lives with Myleene in a luxurious north London mansion, was fined £269.

He was also ordered to pay costs of £230 and a victim surcharge of £108.
The businessman's offer to pay the total penalty of £607 in monthly instalments of £51 was accepted by magistrates.
Motson began dating singer and TV presenter Myleene in 2016 and the pair announced their engagement four years later during the Covid lockdown.
He proposed in their garden shed after transforming it into a replica of the Little House private members' club where they first met on a blind date.
Myleene recalled: 'I was absolutely blown away, he even replicated the dinner we had - burger and fries, followed by cherry pie.'
In an interview with Hello magazine earlier this year, she jokingly described it as 'the longest engagement in the history of the world'.
Myleene added: 'We've all been dragging our heels with it, haven't we?'

The couple have a seven-year-old son, Apollo. Myleene also has two daughters Hero, 15, and Ava, 19.
It comes after Myleene urged women to check themselves last month after she noticed two lumps in her breast while at Wimbledon in June.
Revealing her scare on Instagram, Myleene wrote: 'Girls. A massive reminder to check yourselves. I accidentally felt a lump when I was at Wimbledon watching the tennis. I casually folded my arms and there it was. Then a second one.
'The subsequent days went both quickly and agonisingly slowly.
'3 cysts and 3 lymph nodes later, I’m ok BUT the days of waiting meant I reorganised my life into a new set of priorities and ‘what ifs’ only to thankfully get the all clear and then experience the weird ‘reordering’ of going back to ‘normal’.'
'I have close friends going through similar experiences atm and it’s sobering, humbling and terrifying.
'It’s the having kids that anyone who experiences anything near this will know to be the first and final concern.'
