National Alliance for Conservancies and Community Forests chairperson Thomas Muronga says the proposed land bill's removal of conservancy representatives from communal land boards could leave conservancies voiceless.

He raises concerns over a proposed master's degree requirement for conservancy representatives.

Muronga was speaking during a handover of grants to civil society organisations in Windhoek yesterday.
