Referring to the upcoming elections, President Trump recently said, “Vote as if I’m on the ballot.” Given the way that the Republican-led U.S. Congress rolls over in deference to him, Trump is on the ballot, and a Susan Collins win means a win for the president.
It means that, as he has said, “affordability is a hoax.” So apparently are the rising costs of gas, food, healthcare and housing. Include a trade war with Canada. If we agree these are not important, then we’re all set. Vote for Collins because President Trump is on the ballot.
