Urban environments may be the ultimate training grounds for invasive species

As cities grow and urban sprawl expands, could these changing landscapes be giving invasive species a competitive edge? Scientists at the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) say the answer may be yes, according to a new study from the UF/IFAS Invasion Science Institute.
