MADISON, WIS. — The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) has tapped Paul Ziemnisky to be its next president and chief executive officer.

Ziemnisky, who will join IDDBA on Sept. 8, has worked for the past five years as the group executive vice president of Wellness, Innovation and Business Development for Dairy Management Inc.

“After a nationwide search, the IDDBA Board of Directors is thrilled to welcome Paul Ziemnisky as the association’s fourth President and CEO,” said Jody Barrick, founder and managing partner of Perimeter Partners and chair of the IDDBA board. “Paul is a proven leader with a rare blend of CPG brand-building expertise and deep industry roots. His visionary approach to innovation and growth makes him the ideal choice to guide IDDBA and support our members in an evolving marketplace.”

With more than 30 years’ experience as a senior business executive and brand marketing leader, Ziemnisky has a rich history of building brands and delivering results, according to IDDBA.

He has led innovation for brands such as Kraft Natural Cheese, Velveeta, Tombstone, and DiGiorno and brings extensive experience in retail and foodservice.
