Man facing deportation, declared sex offender after plea in local child-luring incidents

Francisco J. Flores, 38, who prosecutors say is homeless, pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition and abduction, both felonies, as well as criminal child enticement, a misdemeanor, in Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas on Wednesday.
