While building enterprises, Russia takes into account modern methods of armed warfare and does everything to ensure that they are located in the safest possible areas, President Vladimir Putin said at the plenary session of the 23rd annual meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club.

"As for the issues related to ensuring the security of our industry and the security of enterprises in the defense-industrial complex, I assure you that we are currently thinking about this, and when we build new enterprises in this industry, we proceed from modern methods of conducting armed struggle and do everything to ensure that they are located in the safest possible areas," Putin said. "Construction is underway."
