Pedestrian rushed to hospital after hit-and-run crash in Miami, police say

Authorities are searching for a driver that left a pedestrian hurt in a hit-and-run crash in Miami on Thursday morning.
Officers responded to the 1600 block of Northwest 7th Avenue at 6:18 a.m.
Miami Fire Rescue also responded and took the victim to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center.
Information about the suspect or the vehicle involved was not immediately released.
The investigation continues.
