The latest pay packages of The Estée Lauder Cos.’ executive team — a mix of base salary, pension, stock options, bonuses and more — have been revealed in the beauty company’s annual report.

First up, Stéphane de La Faverie, president and chief executive officer, has a total pay package for fiscal year 2026 of $20.58 million, up from $9.6 million the prior year, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Some of this will be made up of stock options, the full value of which might never be realized due to fluctuations in stock prices and vesting schedules.

This included a base salary of $1.5 million and stock and option awards totaling $14.7 million and $4.1 million in non-equity incentive compensation, as well as additional benefits.

Akhil Shrivastava, executive vice president and chief financial officer, saw his total pay package reach $5.1 million with a base salary of $900,000 and stock and option awards of $2.6 million, while executive vice president, chief brand officer Jane Hertzmark Hudis’ compensation is $11.3 million, including base salary of $1.34 million and stock and option awards of $6.5 million.

Also listed were Rashida La Lande, executive vice president, general counsel, and Roberto Canevari, executive vice president, chief value chain officer, whose pay packages were listed at $7.6 million and $6.4 million, respectively. La Lande’s base was $927,000, while stock and option awards came to $3.68 million. Canevari’s base was $1.125 million and stock and option awards added up to $3.47 million.

The beauty company, whose brands include namesake Estée Lauder, Clinique, Deciem and Bobbi Brown, reported net sales increased 6 percent in the fourth quarter to $3.6 billion, reflecting growth across all regions. Wall Street analysts had forecast $3.54 billion.

“We are growing again,” said de La Faverie during a call with reporters at the time. “We ended fiscal 2026 with our strongest quarter of the fiscal year, and one of the strongest quarters that we have had in many years, which gives me real confidence of where we are heading next. We have also fundamentally changed how we operate as a company.”
