Located on approximately 30 acres at the intersection of East Brainerd Road and Morris Hill Road, The Collective – Chattanooga "is envisioned as the city's first true lifestyle destination, bringing together destination dining, wellness-focused businesses, entertainment venues, professional services, boutique retail, and expansive community gathering spaces in a walkable environment designed to foster connection and enrich everyday life," officials said.

BP Construction, recognized as one of Tennessee's premier development firms and renowned for creating one of Chattanooga's most successful mixed-use iconic destinations, Cambridge Square in Ooltewah, joins Kismet Holdings Group "in a shared vision to create a landmark destination that reflects Chattanooga's continued growth and national recognition as one of America's most desirable places to live, work, and play."

Officials said, "At the heart of The Collective – Chattanooga will be a signature community greenspace featuring a covered performance stage, event lawn, outdoor gathering areas, destination dining patios, wellness-focused amenities, and year-round programming designed to bring families, friends, and visitors together."
