Largo 1st responders released, man arrested in possible narcotic exposure incident

A routine welfare check at a Largo apartment complex turned into a hazmat response Thursday night. Police say officers were exposed to an unknown narcotic, ultimately ending in a total of 14 people needing medical attention, including four Largo police officers and one medic.
