Lachie Neale and his new girlfriend Emma Field appeared to have plenty to discuss as they made their way through Sydney Airport on Saturday night, just hours after the Brisbane Lions' disappointing loss to the Swans at the SCG.

The AFL superstar, 33, looked deep in thought as he walked beside his glamorous new partner, with the pair seemingly engrossed in conversation as they made their way through the terminal.

Neale kept things casual for the late-night airport dash, sporting a maroon Lions team shirt with black shorts and crisp white sneakers.

He completed the relaxed look with a black backpack slung over his shoulders as he appeared focused on his conversation with Emma.

The footballer had plenty on his mind following Brisbane's defeat, with the Lions going down to Sydney in front of a packed stadium.

By his side was Emma, 29, who ensured all eyes weren't solely on the footy star with her effortlessly chic airport ensemble.

The brunette showcased her figure in a figure-hugging white crop top, which she paired with loose-fitting cream pants for a stylish contrast.

She elevated the look with a pair of $150 Lana Wilkinson snake-print pumps, adding a glamorous touch to her otherwise relaxed travel outfit.

Emma appeared every inch the stylish WAG as she walked alongside Neale, with the new couple seemingly unfazed by the late-night airport crowds.

At one point, the pair appeared particularly deep in conversation, with Neale listening intently as they made their way towards their departure gate.

The outing comes as Neale and Emma continue to make their relationship public after going Instagram Official earlier this year.

The Brownlow Medallist was previously married to Jules Neale, with the former couple sharing two children, before their split was confirmed in 2025.

Now, it seems Neale has found a new companion in Emma, with the pair increasingly spotted together in recent months.

Emma previously lived in Melbourne and is understood to have strong connections to the city.

She has attracted attention online, building a sizeable Instagram following with a mix of fitness, lifestyle and holiday content.

Before moving into advertising, Emma ran a mobile beauty business with her sister Jamie in their hometown of Wangaratta in regional Victoria.

Her new relationship with Lachie has already made her a person of interest among AFL fans.

Emma isn't a fully-fledged influencer, although she has built a sizeable Instagram following thanks to a steady stream of bikini snaps, gym selfies and carefully curated lifestyle content.

Lachie appears to be among her biggest fans, having liked a string of her racier posts. The couple, of course, also follow each other on social media.

Before swapping makeup brushes for beach clubs, Emma ran a mobile beauty business with her sister Jamie in their hometown of Wangaratta in regional Victoria, where her relationship with Lachie is said to be the talk of the town. 

Interestingly, Lachie isn't the only one to have taken notice of Emma.

Reality TV producers have also had her on their radar, with multiple sources telling the Daily Mail she has long attracted interest from Married At First Sight casting staff.

The Daily Mail understands that Lachie's ex-wife Jules is aware of his new relationship and is entirely unfazed and focused on the next chapter of her life in Perth.
