Bunnie XO appeared to move on swiftly following her divorce from Jelly Roll, but the media personality is revealing the personal suffering she has been quietly facing.

The 46-year-old said that the May split took a toll on her health in recent months, sharing that she 'wasn’t eating' at one point.

‘There were moments when my team had to pick me up off the floor and give me IVs,’ the star revealed on the Open Book With Jenna Bush Hager podcast.

‘I was eating baby food to get by. I lost 20 pounds,’ she continued in the chat posted Thursday. ‘Heartbreak, man, it’s the best [Expletive] diet.’

Bunnie opened up about the public's perception that she was coping and strong during the turmoil in her private life. 

She said she vowed a long time ago not to break down on camera but she has been going through it privately.

‘That’s all you can do. When life hands you lemons, make freaking lemonade,’ Bunnie quipped.

‘Yeah, it hurt,’ the Dumb Blonde podcast host admitted. ‘And I talked about it and I let viewers in and I let them know on my podcast.’

Bunnie has since deleted the episode where she got into the effects of the breakup on her life.

She explained why the video is no longer available online.

‘I said what I needed to say. I made a [Expletive] off of it,’ she shared. ‘If I was gonna do it for money, I would’ve left it up. Every time I went to my YouTube, I didn’t want to see that.’

The Stripped Down author also got into the nitty gritty of it all in her book.

However, in an effort to maintain a separate brand from her singer ex-husband, who she has said she still wants to have a baby with after trying to conceive a child through In Vitro Fertilization over the past two years, she won’t be dwelling on the break up.

‘And I also don’t want to be the freaking poster child for divorce,’ Bunnie explained. ‘There’s nothing hot about that. It’s a very devastating situation that anybody ever has to go through. Families get broken up. Hearts get broken. So it’s time to move on.’

Shortly after the divorce was finalized in July, Bunnie XO, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, treated herself to a lavish gift by splashing out on a Rolls-Royce Cullinan that is estimated to be worth around $500,000.

She shared a clip to her Instagram page as she stopped by a dealership to pick up the vehicle.

The star was accompanied by her new toyboy Dylan Wolf, 24, whom she was spotted kissing over Fourth of July in Nashville.

Wolf is known for appearing on the new Netflix reality show Calabasas Confidential, which dropped on the streaming site back in May.

In the podcast episode shared on Thursday, Bunnie joked that people think she is out doing ‘hoe activities’ when in reality she’s at home playing card games with her friends.

Jelly Roll and Bunnie will split items including an aircraft, cars, homes and their intellectual properties while other details have remained confidential, TMZ previously reported.

It was additionally claimed that the country singer will pay Bunnie a one-time lump sum payment with the number also being confidential. 

TMZ further reported that there won't be any further alimony claims to battle over in court and an agreement includes a provision prohibiting talking badly about each other.

In documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Jelly Roll filed his petition for divorce on May 18 and the date of separation was listed as May 9.

He cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reasoning for the separation.

On her Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie shared that the music artist is still her 'best friend' before confirming he is 'dating again.'

Sources told TMZ that the pair's decision to separate was 'mutual' after they tied the knot back in 2016, and would have celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary in August.

Jelly Roll and Bunnie first crossed paths in 2015 and became friends due to her being in a relationship at the time. However, following her breakup, she and Jelly Roll sparked up a romance.

The following year, the pair married at the Stained Glass Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.

Both he and Bunnie briefly split in 2018 after the music artist had an affair and admitted that cheating on his wife had been 'one of the worst moments' of his life.

Back in 2023, the couple exchanged vows once again in Las Vegas at the same chapel where they initially said 'I do' in 2016.

Bunnie revealed on her podcast episode that the singer is 'dating again' while insisting that she is 'happy for him.'

And in regards to her own dating life, Bunnie said: 'I'm ready to have fun. I want women to know that you can reclaim your power.
