Norwest Equity Partners Acquires E-Z UP From Beach Point Capital To Expand Portable Canopy Business

Norwest Equity Partners (NEP), a middle-market private investment firm, has acquired E-Z UP, a manufacturer of pop-up canopy tents and portable shade solutions, from Beach Point Capital. The investment will support E-Z UP's next phase of growth, with an emphasis on expanding its business-to-business operations, developing new products, strengthening sales and marketing, and pursuing strategic acquisitions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
