Salt Publishing on track for strongest sales in a decade as strategy shift 'pays off'

Salt Publishing has reported an 86% rise in sales for the first half of 2026 compared to 2025, with growth attributed to “the calibre of writers now joining the list, a shift towards agented submissions and a sharper focus on books with clear readerships”.
