CFTC: Producers built CCAs, cut RGAs largely through changes to their V26 holdings

Emitters added to their California Carbon Allowance (CCA) net length and deepened their RGGI Allowance (RGA) net short mostly through changes to their respective V26 contracts, according to the latest commitment of traders report published by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
