Recently, our sports leaders and members of the Physical Education Society participated in the “Adventure & Growth” Sports Leadership Training Day Camp! From breaking through psychological barriers on the high ropes course to working up a sweat in team games, everyone gained a profound understanding that transitioning from a “team member” to a “leader” requires unlocking these three core values:

#Respect

On the high ropes, everyone’s pace and fears are different. Learning to accept these differences and supporting one another is the only way to build the strongest team trust.

#Response

Silence is the greatest enemy of teamwork. Whether it is tactical coordination on the field or a simple “copy that” in daily life, active response and communication are the strongest support at their back.

#Punctuality

Being one minute late delays the progress of the entire team. Being “on time” is not just about valuing the team; it is a demonstration of taking responsibility for one’s own role.

Although the adventure camp has concluded, the journey of leadership cultivation has only just begun. We look forward to seeing everyone apply the teamwork learned today to your future studies and sports teams! “Your attitude defines your altitude!”
