Cornbury Horse Trials' third day proved to be quite the royal style affair, with three of the most stylish women in the British royal circle stepping out for a day of equestrian action.

The Duchess of Edinburgh, Zara Tindall and Princess Beatrice all made an appearance, but while they may have been attending the same event, their fashion choices couldn't have been more different.

Princess Beatrice 

Princess Beatrice channelled a vintage-inspired aesthetic in a lace midi dress by Ulla Johnson, featuring a ruffled collar, sheer detailing and a rich autumnal hunter green hue.

She layered the feminine dress with a longline houndstooth tweed and velvet jacket by Byan, adding Maje buckle ankle boots embellished with studs for a little edge.
