The Ram TRX SRT is the official successor to the Ram 1500 TRX, which took a two-year vacation from the market.

There's still a supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 under the hood.

However, instead of a "paltry" 702 horsepower, the TRX now makes 777.

Torque is up, too, from 650 to 680 pound-feet.

The suspension features a few small tweaks, but it's just as capable on- and off-road as before.
