Judge denies motion to dismiss murder trial of Kristin Ramsey

DALLAS COUNTY, Iowa -- The cold-case arrest of Kristin Ramsey will continue to trial following a judge’s latest ruling. A Dallas County judge denied Ramsey's motion to dismiss the trial on Wednesday. A grand jury indicted her on first-degree murder charges earlier this year. Ramsey is accused in the 2011 murder of realtor Ashley Okland. [...]
