Navarro, 54, has finally revealed her weight loss secret following her dramatic transformation over the past few years.
The View co-host Ana Navarro has finally revealed her weight loss secret following her dramatic transformation over the past few years.
Navarro, 54, subtly confirmed that she was taking weight loss jabs during the September 8 episode of the show, which marked the premiere of the show's 30th season.
During the segment, the cast, which features Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines and Alyssa Farah Griffin, played a game called ReView, where they looked back on iconic moments from the longstanding series.
As they played the older clips, Navarro made a joke about how different she looked then versus now.
'Those were all pre-Mounjaro [clips],' Navarro said.
'We've lost the equivalent of a baby hippo on this table,' she jokingly added.
Over the past few years, GLP-1s, which were originally intended to treat type 2 diabetes, have been widely adopted as blockbuster weight-loss tools.
Navarro has dropped a significant amount of weight in recent years, leaving many to wonder if she had been taking the medication.

In 2023, however, she denied that she was using the drug in response to a comment on Instagram accusing her of taking Ozempic.
At the time, Navarro said that her mother's 2021 death as a result of kidney disease brought on by diabetes spurred her to get proactive in her quest for better health.
'She suffered terribly the last years of her life,' she said. 'Last August, I went to a wellness spa in Mexico called @rancholapuerta with two of my friends since grade school.
'We had all turned 50 and wanted to be healthier. I spent time there learning to cook and eat healthier, reprogramming the way I think of my lifestyle and being more active. We did all sorts of exercise classes for hours a day.'
Navarro said that when she and her friends returned to Miami, they 'were determined to continue some of our healthy habits.'
Navarro added that she 'also sought professional help' in the form of a nutritionist, Pilates coach, pickleball coach and medical supervision.
At the time, she said she had shed between four to five pounds monthly while on her weight loss journey.
Navarro isn't the only The View co-host who has opened up about using a GLP-1.

In February, Joy Behar (seen last year) shared on-air that she had lost 25 pounds with the drug

Behar, Hostin and Goldberg have all shared that they have used weight loss jabs in the past.
In February, Behar, 83, revealed on-air that she had lost 25lbs while on the drug.
'I lost 25,' Behar shared, before expressing to the live audience: 'We all did it!'
'I did it because I was almost 300 pounds and I'm looking good now,' Goldberg quipped during that same episode.
Goldberg, 70, previously admitted to taking the medication during a 2024 episode of The View.
She explained that she took it after turning to steroids and other aids, adding that taking Mounjaro was the only thing that worked for her.
Hostin, 57, made a similar confession, sharing that she had gained 40 pounds during the COVID-19 pandemic, and made the decision to use Mounjaro to try and shed that weight afterwards.
'All I did was eat... I love to cook and I found out I love to eat and I was horrified by the fact I would have to come out on here, I was,' she said. 'I also took Mounjaro and I got all these nasty emails and things.'
One in eight adults now say they are taking the medications, a November poll by KFF found.
