Kris Jenner looked younger than ever after her $100,000 facelift as she attended the star-studded Lucas Museum of Narrative Art Opening Night in Los Angeles on Saturday. 

The 70-year-old TV personality, who recently revealed another secret to her ageless appearance, joined other celebrities on the red carpet such as daughter Kim Kardashian and singer Katy Perry. 

The momager turned heads wearing a dark navy, blue satin dress as well as a sequin blue coat layered on top.

Jenner slipped into a pair of closed-toed, navy blue heels that contained a large bow on the back.

She opted for minimal accessories to allow the outfit to be the main focal point, and added a pair of silver earrings. 

The reality star's makeup was glammed up for the evening and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes as well as a smoky shadow around her eyes. 

A warm blush was added to her cheekbones for a radiant glow while a nude-colored, satin tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch. 

Jenner flashed a cheerful smile as she posed for a brief photo session upon arriving to the venue. 

She was also accompanied by longtime partner Corey Gamble who donned a dark navy suit as well as a light blue, striped shirt underneath. 

The couple was spotted cozying up together as they paused for pictures on the red carpet. 

The Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Jenner for comment, but has yet to hear back. 

Back in May 2025, a representative for the star confirmed that she has seen celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Steven M Levine, who is known as the 'facelift maestro,' per Page Six at the time.

Late last year during an episode of The Kardashians, Jenner revealed the 'only' real thing on her face after undergoing the pricy cosmetic procedure.

While having a conversation with her daughter Kim in Paris before embarking on a shopping outing, the TV personality admitted that her nose is 'probably the only thing on my face that's real.'

Jenner also reflected on her facelift during an interview with Vogue Arabia that was published in August 2025.

'I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,' Jenner explained. 'I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.'

She also shared her thoughts when it comes to aging and further expressed to the outlet, 'Just because you get older, it doesn't mean you should give up on yourself.

'If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don't want to do anything – then don't do anything.

'But for me, this is aging gracefully. It's my version.'

Jenner also shut down speculation that she was not happy over the results of the procedure during an episode of daughter Khloe Kardashian's podcast earlier this year. 

The TV personality additionally shut down rumors that her $100k facelift was 'slipping.' 

Most recently, Jenner revealed the beauty practice she's implemented to maintain her youthful looks. 

The Kardashian/Jenner matriarch has turned to peptides, specifically using them for her hair.

Peptides 'are short chains of amino acids (the building blocks of proteins) that can have a range of effects on the body,' per Harvard Health. 

She uses Omi's Hair Growth Peptides, and is even a stakeholder in the brand. 'I started taking [them] as a gummy form, two a day, and it pretty much changed my life,' Jenner effused earlier this year in a sponsored Instagram Story.

Jenner insisted, according to Page Six: 'I've tried every product under the sun. After taking Omi consistently, I noticed my hair feeling thicker, stronger and just healthier overall.'

'I’m obsessed. I became a stakeholder because I believe in it, I use it, and I wouldn’t go a day without it.'

Social media influencers, podcasters and wellness clinics promote peptides as a convenient way to build muscle faster, heal injuries more quickly, reduce inflammation, lose fat, sleep better and more. 

Jenner has showcased her youthful look over the past year following her $100k facelift, such as attending the Met Gala in May. 

The star is set to appear in the upcoming eighth season of The Kardashians, which will premiere on Hulu and Disney+ on October 8.
