OTP text messages from India to Ireland (not being received)

hi Team,I am not receiving any OTP passwords to Sky ,mobile since more than a month. This worked last In July and then suddenly stopped working.Something similar has happned in the past too, where I have not received any OTP messages from January this year till May and then the service started to work well till July. Can somebody please suggest how this can be fixed, as this is a blocker for me. Many thanks,V
