One great thing about owning an iPhone is the plethora of case options. Every accessory maker wants a piece of the action, so each year brings a wave of new and updated designs to fit Apple’s latest, greatest phone. That proves important because no single case can suit everyone’s needs. While Apple’s own cases keep things premium and simple, they are expensive.

Thankfully, brands like ESR, Nomad, and others make even a basic iPhone case more useful by adding a built-in stand. 

Here’s what each brand offers and which iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max cases we recommend.

The company’s lineup for the iPhone 18 Pro is no exception, made from premium materials in a wide range of colors while maintaining a slim profile.

The Everyday Case covers MagSafe charging and accessories, while the SlimLink Case adds the mechanical locking connection for compatible Peak Design accessories. If you are already invested in Peak Design’s ecosystem, the SlimLink case should be the more useful option.

OtterBox offers two different case options for iPhone 15 Pro. The Commuter Series combines a rigid outer shell with a rubber inner layer, helping it absorb impacts. The textured sides improve grip, helping you securely hold your new phone with one hand.

The Defender Series Pro goes a step further, featuring a three-layer construction and textured surface along with raised screen and camera edges for better drop protection. This does come at the expense of a bulkier design, though.

Both case options come with covers for all ports and buttons to keep dust and dirt out.

They also support MagSafe and include Camera Control buttons, so the decision comes down to an everyday grip aid or a more substantial protective case. 

The Lumen Series features a minimalist design while still offering adequate protection, making it a great option for everyday use. It comes in several colors and finishes, so you can pick one that matches your style.

Casetify is worth a look if you want a case with a personalized design or some added bling. Its iPhone 18 Pro lineup includes the Impact Case, which comes in a wide selection of prints, and the Ripple Case, which uses soft-touch silicone with a sculpted shape.

Both cases differ from what you get on the market and stand out with their unique designs and look. The Impact lineup offers more protection, but that comes at the expense of a bulkier design.
