iPhone 18 pro max

I ordered the iPhone 18 pro max on Saturday when it was released and I got an email to sign my credit agreement but when I click on the link it goes to my account and doesn't say I need to sign anything. I have to sign it by 27th September and I don't want sky to cancel the order. And I've been checking my tracker for the order and it hasn't updated with an estimation date. Any help or advice is appreciated.
