MOSCOW, September 18. /TASS/. The authorities in Kiev refuse to hold their own national elections but are trying to interfere with the electoral process in Russia, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting of the Military-Industrial Commission.

"The Ukrainian leadership is in no hurry to hold elections, as is well known, and it is also trying to interfere with us," Putin noted.
