SMAG Mobile Antenna Masts AG, an established developer and manufacturer of mission-critical mobile mast systems for military and defense applications, decided for a listing in the Scale segment of the Frankfurt stock exchange. A total of 2,817,500 shares were placed in connection with the IPO, consisting of 650,000 newly issued shares from a cash capital increase, 1,800,000 existing shares from the holdings of SMAG Group GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AEQUITA SE & Co. KGaA, and 367,500 existing shares from the holdings of the selling shareholder in connection with an over-allotment option.

The total placement volume amounts to EUR 129.6 million, assuming full exercise of the greenshoe option. Based on the final offer price, the Company’s market capitalization will amount to approximately EUR 259.9 million.

Cantor acted as sole global coordinator and sole bookrunner in connection with the IPO.
