Ten years ago, the Tories led the country on the catastrophic path to Brexit, and leading up to the vote campaigners on both sides could be seen outside Brixton tube station, hoping to sway voters.

In the end, a narrow majority of voters voted for Britain to leave the EU, although Lambeth had the most pro-EU vote, with 78.6 per cent of its citizens voting to remain.
